  • Chesapeake: Celebrate Freedom on July 3rd at 900 City Park Dr. with children’s entertainment at 5 p.m., concerts at 7 p.m., and fireworks at 9:30 p.m. The Annual South Norfolk July 4th Parade starts at 10 a.m., followed by a picnic at Lakeside Park.
